How to Track My Order

ORDER TRACKING AND CARRIER IDENTIFICATION:

After your order is collected by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking code and the carrier responsible for the transportation and delivery of your order. This email will be sent to the address you provided during the purchase, within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

The email will have the subject: "Your Borsioli is on its way!"

Attention: If you can't find the email in your inbox, please check:

  • If your email was entered correctly during the purchase process;
  • If you received the activation email after the purchase;
  • Check your SPAM folder.


    Important: Please note that the estimated delivery time is calculated in business days, meaning weekends and holidays are not included.

    Example: If your order is collected on the 5th, which is a Thursday, and your estimated delivery time is 12 business days, the expected delivery date will be the 23rd (Monday).
